Spring has sprung in Ancient Nemea! Our incredible conservator, Maria Dimitrakopoulou, was able to capture a few images of the grounds of the archaeological site in full bloom. Naturally, the site’s favorite cats needed to explore the flora of the season and therefore made their way into the album as well. They in fact had the site to themselves since it remained closed to visitors during the spring of 2020 due to the global health crisis. Things are not quite “back to normal” yet, but will reopen for limited tourism for the summer 2020 season.
